This event helps high school and university aged athletes learn practical and foundational habits, considerations, lifestyle choices that set them up to reach their highest potential in sport. Together we’ll go through:

    • “Claim your blank slate” - intentionally setting mental state

  • #2: Setting an Effective Plan and Mindset for Practice

    • Getting Specific with Kinesthetic Awareness

  • #3: Post practice integration

    • Recording Daily Wins

    • Nutrition Basics: How Protein and Carbs work relative to recovery, strength, and body composition

  • #4: Sleep

    • Fun Facts: Memory & Learning, Screens and Alcohol

    • Routines and environments
