This online team-building event goes through Liz’s five-step, minimum effective dose, science-based morning routine. This invigorating workshop empowers you to start their day with clarity and energy, allowing you to work smarter instead of harder. These small but powerful habits will help support your journey towards your most audacious goals.
Five months into retirement, Liz had a revelation through a gratitude meditation: she had been "living" in deservingness and frustration and it had affected her physical capacity to perform and reach her potential.
Different emotions have different postures, movement coordination patterns, power production, brain function, and hormones. They determine how we interpret reality, problem solve, and interact with the world.
High level emotions (like gratitude and joy) create alignment, efficiency and ease to help us achieve our goals faster, and break glass ceilings.
Liz could no longer retire in good conscience: she committed rewiring her body and mind relative to gratitude, having the performance of her life at the Paris 2024 Olympics, and teaching others how to induce and harness gratitude to reach their goals.
In this session participants will learn how to reframe problems as interesting challanges, use science-backed strategies to celebrate incremental growth, and leverage cognitive biases to support well being and performance.
By sharing her story of returning to competition after 10 months of gruelling back rehab to shatter her own Canadian Record, Liz illustrates how celebrating Daily Wins not only sustains us, but energizes and excites us for the journey ahead!
